At Flip Flop Reviews we offer a unique twist in that we are a mother-daughter team and we can do reviews several ways, you can send product for each of us to review and we can work jointly on a post that expresses both of our views, or choose who you think would be a better fit.

A little about us:

Danielle is 27 years old, married (28 year old firefighter), and the mother of two girls, ages 4 and 5.  We have a three year old cat named Jack, and a one year old black lab named Ciara.  Danielle can be reached at DanielleCorrelle@aol.com

Jedea is 45 years old, married, the mother of three (two sons at home, ages 23 and 17) and of course grandmother to Danielle's two adorable little girls.  Can review products for cats as well.  Jedea@aol.com

Our Review Policies:

-There is no fee for Flip Flop Reviews to complete a review.

-A product is required to be sent to Danielle, Jedea, or both of us, for all reviews and will not be returned.

-Please understand that if Danielle is working on your review, family needs must come first. 

-A link to the post will be sent to you as soon as the post is live.

-If you have a date or timeframe in mind for the review to be posted, we will work with you to accommodate your request.

-We are not responsible for any shipping costs. Any packages shipped COD will be returned to sender.

-We will always try to speak positively of your product or service, however we give honest reviews.  If there is something we do not like or did not work as advertised, we will not refrain from sharing this with our readers.

-We will always attempt to share our own photos of the product or service. 

-We have the ability to add video as well if we feel it neccessary or beneficial to the review.

-We make every attempt at being flexible, please feel free to contact us if you have a question, concern, or suggestion.

Our Giveaway Policies:

-There is no fee to include a Giveaway with a Product Review.

-Giveaways without a Product Review are subject to a Sponsored Post fee.  Please contact DanielleCorrelle@aol.com for prices or with your offer. 

-We need to know what the exact prize(s) is/are.

-We need to know if the giveaway is open to US & Canada, US only, or Worldwide.

-I will not be held responsible for shipping the prize to the winner. Please do not mail the giveaway prize with the review product.

-Giveaways run for one week from the date of posting, unless otherwise requested by sponsor.

-I select giveaway winners using Random.org.  I post a screen shot of the winning comment and the number selected at Random.org.  I will notify winners by email and they have 72 hours to respond.  If there is no response, I select a new winner.  When I hear from the winner with confirmation and shipping address, I will give you their shipping information for prize fulfillment.

-The main entry for the giveaway is usually asking the reader to visit your site and comment with their favorite product.

-Readers will be asked to like your Facebook page, follow on Twitter, etc. for extra entries in to the giveaway.

-Please feel free to let me know if there are any entry requirements you would like to discuss. 

Sponsored Posts Policies:

-We are willing to accept offers for sponsored posts.

PetCakes Review and Giveaway!

We were given the opportunity to try these adorable little characters out right before Christmas (I hosted a review and giveaway over on The Coupon Wars).  Upon opening the package up, I found these four sweet little puppies! 

Twinkle Sprinkles™ is a playful, loving, and mischievous Beagle, whose colorful pink sprinkled frosting top looks good enough to eat! Twinkle Sprinkles likes to yelp when happy and sleep in her cupcake wrapper where her nose stays nice and toasty.

Coco-Coconut™ is a fluffy poodle with a loving side that is as sweet as a frosted cupcake. Cuddle Coco-Coconut and keep her cozy in her cupcake wrapper.

Blueberry Buddy™ is a Shar Pei who acts tough for his size but is a loving push over who’s as sweet as the blueberry frosting on his head. When sleepy, Blueberry Buddy cozies up in his own cupcake wrapper.

Randy Candy™ is a lovable mutt, scampering around playfully and taking long naps in his cupcake wrapper. Randy Candy is topped with tasty frosting and a cherry.

They are almost cute enough to eat!  They are the perfect size for small hands, not too big, and yet not too small either.  They are recommended for children ages three and up.  I chose to let my girls play with Coco-Coconut and Twinkle Sprinkles (my favorite!) first, and I tucked the other two pups away for Christmas because I thought they are the absolute perfect size to stick in the top of a stocking!  I think they would make a wonderful Easter basket gifts as well. 

The girls (they are 4 and 3 years old) loved these.  I tried to take a couple videos and they kept running off to play with them. Our only complaint was that they were attached to their cupcake holders, but that was an easy fix to just cut the string.  

My three year old even fell asleep (on the family room floor!) with hers the day they got them.  Adorable!  They still play with them nearly every day.  They're just so sweet.

PetCakes are now available at specialty stores, Toys R Us (online only – not yet in the stores), E Toys and Amazon.  They have a retail price of $13.99

Nice to Meet You

Hi!  If we haven't already met, I'm Danielle. I'm a twenty-something, coupon clipping (I like to say professional shopping), stay at home mom to two (and two fur-babies, my 3 year old cat, and my 9 month old puppy). My family is my world. My daughters are 3 and 4, and my handsome husband is a firefighter (I am a lucky, lucky gal).  I love to try new products and I enjoy spreading the word about them if I like them. I blog a lot of my frugal shopping adventures over at http://www.thecouponwars.blogspot.com/.  I felt like most reviews and giveaways weren't really the best fit for The Coupon Wars, so after a bit of brainstorming, an email to my partner in shopping (my mom!), and a bit of time playing around with pictures in Paint Shop Pro X2, Flip Flop Reviews made it's debut. 

I am still working out the kinks, so be kind! ;o)
