Bodycology Review

Advanced Beauty Systems, Inc., was founded in 2003 and is one of the fastest-growing health and beauty companies in the U.S. The Dallas-based company creates innovative, spa-quality product lines that appeal to women desiring beauty on a budget or an at-home escape. Their fragrance-based and aromatherapy products include bodycology® -- America’s fastest-growing beauty brand -- Dr. Teal’s®, Slice of Life™, and Cantu® hair products. Advanced Beauty Systems’ products are available at retail, drug, grocery, and specialty stores nationwide. Advanced Beauty Systems, Inc. does not test the finished products on animals.  I love that about them.  Along with their amaaaazing scents , and their affordable price tag.

I was sent three of their products to try out.  Fresh Waters body lotion is true to it's name, a very fresh, clean scent.  bodycology® labels this fragrance as being PureClean, sparkling water flows with spring flowers to create the scent of freshness and purity.  It reminded me a bit more of a day at the beach than sparkling spring water, but I really like it.  The lotion is thick and absorbs well too.  Very moisturizing, just what a lotion should be.  This lotion has the benefits of aloe vera, shea butter and nourishing vitamins E and C

Sweet Petals body mist, with conditioning and hydrating aloe vera, is not normally a product/scent that I would be attracted to.
I'm really glad that they sent me this to review because it "forced" me to try it out, and I have to say I am glad I did!  I really like it.  It is sweet and floral, but not over-poweringly so.   bodycology® labels this fragrance as being Heavenly.  The heavenly scent of sweet pea mingles with berries to give you a brighter spirit and positive outlook.

Rebecca, at bodycology® was also kind enough to include the scent I had most wanted to try.  Coconut Lime, in their shower gel and foaming bath (with conditioning and hydrating honey and aloe vera).  Oh...  I. Am.  Hooked.  Aside from the scent, which is just amaaazing...seriously, I don't know if it's just me but with other brands famous for their scents ::cough:: Bath & Body Works ::cough:: they just seem....bitter?  I don't know if that even makes any sense, but I don't like a lot of their scents for that reason.  Aaaanyways, this is not bitter at all, it just smells fresh and clean and slightly tropical but not in the way that some tropical scents can be too sweet.  I love it.  I want to bathe in it, and lucky for me, I CAN!  Hehe.  :o)  Uplifting is what they label this scent.  The sweet scent of coconut mingles with refreshing lime to help relieve stress and tension – like a tropical island getaway.

Check out the full line of bodycology® products here:  http://www.bodycology.com/products.html.  I really want to try the White Gardenia, and the Cherry Blossom, as well as the Clean Lemon (though I do wish that came in more than a hand soap).

In my area, you can find these at Walgreens, Walmart, and Target... but you can click here, to find out where you can get  bodycology® where you are.

Have you tried any bodycology® products?  What do you think of them?  What's your favorite scent?  :o)
